If your vote is based on who endorses who, then you are weak-minded.
REAL conservatives vote based on record and Trump’s is mixed at best while DeSantis is stellar in comparison.
That is because most of the Trump cultists do not have an independent thought and cannot dispute DeSantis' stellar record as a CONSERVATIVE....something Trump is not.

Let me repeat my point. Both are on a unsustainable course. The taxes you and I paid in our life time are long spent on other items and gone. Federals are running multi-trillion budget deficits during democrat & repub regimes year after year.
Age demographics is becoming older every year. Meaning ratio of workers to retirees is shrinking every year.
It is not what I wish or you wish. It is REALITY on the ground.
DeSantis can’t run for president without his rich donor class. He is not a Billionaire. That rich donor class makes more profits by exporting jobs to China. Trump is the only exception in the political crowd.
DeSantis has been tough on the extreme lefty issues. That class has no clout because that crowd does not keep DeSantis in political business. If he becomes president, his rich donors class will demand favors which are OPPOSITE of make America great again. American middle class jobs will be exported to China.

The TRUTH is that Trump did not do as a great of a job as most think. He failed on his #1 campaign promise to secure the border with a wall.
Yes, he was blocked and challenged on it every step of the way, but it could have been done. Instead, we now have 5 million illegals in the last 2 years with at least another 5 million coming in the next 2 years.
Trump failed at his primary campaign promise.
Maybe you should go look at actual numbers instead of making things up.
1/3 of Trump's 2020 campaign came from big donors.
The other 2/3 came from small donors.
Trump did not put his own money into the campaign.
In 2022, Trump's PAC raised over $100 million but spent less than $20 million. Trump kept the rest and used about $5 million for his legal expenses.
McConnell's Senate PAC raised just under $100 million in 2022 and spent it all on Senate races, including for some Trump-endorsed candidates.
