WTH is wrong with you? Your “gizzers in Florida” spent their entire working lives paying into the Social Security system. Their accounts are payback for that investment, as poorly managed as it has been by the feds. It is not and never has been a welfare or giveaway entitlement program. It was insurance paid for by premiums paid out over 50 years by the recipients. Your mean-spiritedness toward the generations who have come before you is duly noted.

Let me repeat my point. Both are on a unsustainable course. The taxes you and I paid in our life time are long spent on other items and gone. Federals are running multi-trillion budget deficits during democrat & repub regimes year after year.
Age demographics is becoming older every year. Meaning ratio of workers to retirees is shrinking every year.
