"The gunshot goes - PEW! PEW!"
Premeditated.
Charge him as an adult.
suspected??
The Boy needed better parenting and a better village. Parenting was better in my youth as was the village. Bringing a gun to school, aiming it at someone, then, shooting? Not in my, then, six year old thought process.
That’s SOP in journalism I don’t work in the media anymore so I can say the kid shot his teacher and she is in critical condition.
That’s what the authorities say.
If a SIX YEAR OLD can bring a gun into YOUR PUBLIC SCHOOL, all the “commons sense” gun confiscation isn’t going to help you with YOUR problem. YOU are the dumbass who allowed it to happen. YOU, not the gun IS THE PROBLEM!
Perhaps after politics, Canaduh’s Prime Mistake True-dolt can return to teaching drama. Newport News sounds like a nice place for him to teach.
Show his corrupted face.
There is insanity out there much of it linked to drugs.
School seems to be well funded with most students at level. Mostly non-white though.

Blame the parents for not teaching their child guns are not something they can ever touch, for not having a gun safe ( love my fingerprint safe. No extra time to access and no ability for kids to get into it), for not even noticing a six year Old's back pack had that extra weight. I mean I hand my kids their backpacks every morning as they head out the door.
I feel terrible for the teacher, the students who witnessed this, the families whose lives are forever changed. I also feel TERRIBLE for this CHILD. He will forever live with seeing the consequence he didn't understand. He will forever live with the guilt. And even if he is a psychopath who never values human life, he is young enough and malleable and could be redirected (again not something a 6 year old fully comprehends or would even consider when using a firearm)
Put a 6 year old in prison, much less adult prison, you all but guarantee he ends up a hardened criminal
Think it through man!
Charge him as an adult.
If he is old end it th to choose a different gender, he is old enough to be tried as an adult.
He will not be charged.
Treatment is possible if it was a premeditated act of murder but proving that a six year old has the mens rea for that is going to be difficult.
Maybe he did not want to take.a.bunch of hormones and cut his penis off and the teacher was pushing him to do that.
If so the kid just shot a monster.
In the Before Times, when I grew up, we didn’t have guns in 1st grade.
This is insane. It was intentional.
Agree. My father had his rifles accessible on a rack. Even my rebellious brothers would never dream of touching them. I never even thought much of them there to tell you the truth. I’m sure my family wasn’t the only ones who did this. This is unheard of nowadays.
