Trump Suggests ‘Termination’ of U.S. Constitution Allowable over 2020 Twitter Scandal [UPDATE: The author is spinning. Trump's actual words are now posted below.]

Former President Donald Trump suggested the “termination” of the United States Constitution could be allowable in response to the bombshell report that the Democrat Party colluded with Twitter to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop story before the 2020 election.

The former president made his observation via his Truth Social account on Saturday following journalist Matt Taibbi’s thorough report on Twitter’s internal communications during the 2020 elections at the behest of newly-minted CEO Elon Musk.

The author of the Breitbart article above is spinning (lying). Here's what Trump actually posted.

I was really impressed with your skill at hurling a constant barrage of insults until you let on they were mere copy/paste plagiarisms.

I shuda guessed, but it was a humorous volley nonetheless

Sleep tight, pervert!

Trump is going to kick ass. Most MAGA voters have the temerity to see how only bold action will win. DeoSanctus is a light weight and will loose.

Did you read Elon Musk's tweets yesterday? We have to be aware of tactics deployed by the Rats. Trump needs to adjust his strategy because everyone is out to get him. He is just one man by himself and he can't do everything. Trump train worked in 2016. This time, he needs to do something else.

I'm aware what happened in 2020 was dirty and that wasn't right. But how do we "fight" in 2024? If Trump is doing the same thing again, the Democrats will anticipate that and use it against Trump and win.

Face it, your lord and savior Trump would burn the Constitution itself if it meant he could regain power. You've been conned.

I would say most Americans believe elections are fradulent. When starting with a basline like that and the corrupt Deep State spying on and rigging elections nobody but a fool with terminal normacly bias like you would have a problem voting for Donald Trump.

We need to stop spinning for Trump, too. He isn’t serious about the constitution. He aligned with our needs and was a good president for the moment. He sees conservatives as a useful tool and vice versa.

He did a lot of good for the country when we needed someone to stop Hillary. His admin got many good things done, but he’s an increasingly old and self-centered New Yorker. He’s not one of us. I will certainly vote for him if he’s the nominee but don’t trust he won’t make us weaker in 2024 (running independent or can’t help himself with attacking whoever the nominee is).

After all the Unconstitutional things the Deep State has done to him and to us he is very restrained.

I agree. Perhaps their investigations will be a start, but by themselves, they will accomplish little.

The Democrats have no one to run. Joe ain't running. They have no bench. The decision is Trump vs DeSantis. Both will win in the general. I want MAGA and not MAGA lite, I want Trump.

The real question is the mail in voter fraud factor. Can any Republican candidate generate enough votes to overcome the margin of fraud? My guess is a D candidate goes into election '24 night with +10 million fake vote lead.

"Soul of the South" said it best:

Ryan said, “We probably likely lose the White House. We just did in ’20. So, I think we probably lose the White House with Trump.”

In 2020 Trump earned more popular votes than any Republican presidential candidate in United States history with 74.2 million popular votes. He also received more popular votes in 2016 than any other Republican. He out performed the 62.9 million votes he received in 2016 by 11 million.. Romney received 60.9 million in 2012. McCain received 59.9 million in 2008. George W. Bush received 62.0 million popular votes in 2004, and 50.4 million in 2000.

Biden ostensibly achieve 81.3 million votes in 2020. If Paul Ryan truly believes the 2020 election counts for both candidate were 100% accurate and not impacted by cheating, if Trump had not run for reelection in 2020, what Republican does Ryan believe could have earned enough votes to beat Biden? What Republican does Ryan believe can even beat Trumps 2020 74 million total in 2024 if Trump is not the nominee.

Does Ryan not realize that if Trump is cheated by the party establishment of the 2024 nomination, the conservative base will stay home and the establishment nominee (Pence, Haley, Pompeo, Hogan, etc) will receive far fewer popular votes than Trump did in 2000 or 2024? Ryan is either delusional or is already rooting for a Democrat winning in 2024 no matter who the Republicans nominate.

Essentially my interpretation of it also.

I believe he is stating that as things sit now (having allowed for what took place and not applying any remedy for the obvious collusion to commit information fraud on the voting public in order to sway elections - not to mention direct vote fraud) that it also allows the dissolution of all the rules surrounding voting/voting law because they have been and continue to be ignored or unenforced (really both).

Simply put if we the people are going to allow what took place to continue to take place, we the people essentially have no laws governing voting because we the people care not to be bothered to remedy malfeasance.

Unfortunately this is a bit like changing horses mid stream after all the apples fell off the cart a few miles ago on a trail.

said, "But I cannot offhand think of a case where a politician succeeded electorally within the system by declaring that his circumstances allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution."

Woodrow Wilson on a number of issues.
Advisor to Willson Edward M. House said,
Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property [that's you and your children] in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency. Every American will be forced to register or suffer NOT being able to work and earn a living. They will be our chattels [property] and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law-merchant under the scheme of secured transactions.

Personally I believe he was referring to US General Smedley Butler that created banana republics around the world yet stopped the National socialists from taking over the US in 1934.

There’s 2 bodies that can rectify this - congress or the Supreme Court.

Those 2 bodies will NOT rectify this. Both are neck deep in treason. Theft of our elections is the last straw. If it stands we are done. We will not vote our way out of this. We will not get them next time. One or two more election cycles and your ability to even vote will be suspended.
