Just one-third of American voters would send President Joe Biden back to the White House if the 2024 election were held today, according to new poll findings published on Sunday.
A majority of Americans also believe their lives are worse off than they were two years ago, the poll found.
The new survey by Fox News was taken from October 9 through 12, less than a month until Election Day 2022 when voters will decide which party controls Congress for the latter half of Biden's term.

He could be right. The Republicans will probably win control of Congress, and inflation will probably get worse (because Biden will still be President).
It makes me think of the man who was warned that if he voted for Goldwater, the US would get into a war. Sure enough--he voted for Goldwater, and the US got into a war.

I think so, too.
Historically, strong Ds are about 20% +/-. Polls historically would pad Ds by 5%.
Now, they pad the polls for D by at least 7%, sometimes 8%.
Bet that “vote Blue, no matter who” is down to below 18%.
I am somewhere between 25 and 35% worse off than I was a year ago. I don’t see anything getting better for years. It will take a lot for this damage to be repaired.
We have not yet hit bottom!
