Hillary essentially paid for a kind of “opposition research” which is not unusual.
The FBI was trying to pay for evidence against someone. That seems ... non-standard.

This is pretty amazing. The FBI doesn’t offer $1 million to anyone, except in marked bills as part of a sting operation (and then not even that much).
The fact that the FBI went forward with warrants for Trump’s team even after Steele failed to provide any supporting evidence is disturbing.
