into humiliating retreat: and liberate dozens of occupied towns - as NATO 'warns Kremlin will test NUKES on the border to save face'

Russia's frontline has collapsed in the south of Ukraine with dozens of towns liberated in a matter of hours Kyiv said its troops are 'confidently advancing to the sea' as city of Davydiv Brid is now under their control

Russia's frontline has collapsed in the south of Ukraine with dozens of towns liberated in a matter of hours, according to sources on both sides of the conflict.

Kyiv said its troops are 'confidently advancing to the sea' as videos showed the city of Davydiv Brid under their control along with a clutch of smaller settlements in the surrounding countryside.

Meanwhile pro-Russian military bloggers said their forces had retreated around 10 miles down the Dnipro River as the entire northern end of their territory west of the river fell into Ukrainian hands.

It comes just days after President Vladimir Putin declared the Kherson region - along with three others - to be part of Russia, vowing they would belong to Moscow 'forever'.

Meantime, NATO has warned it is anticipating Russia may detonate a nuke on Ukraine's borders in a demonstration of Putin's resolve.

And news of Russian defeats in the region are significant, because Putin has based the majority of his best soldiers there - up to 30,000 of them, by some accounts.

Should Moscow's armies retreat from Kherson, then questions will be raised over whether they can continue to hold any of the territory they have taken in Ukraine.

“This fight is just getting started...”

Putin’s “Two Weeks To Flatten The Ukes” is working out every bit as well as Fauci’s.

Russian weapons systems appear to have been overrated, or maintenance has got them under-performing. Either way, that’s been a nasty kick in the crotch for Moscow.

Morale is a dogging issue, with the risk something back home might go “BANG” in the night, and change the entire game.

What Putin couldn’t accomplish in decent weather, he has less chance of accomplishing in bad weather. NOT that it CAN’T be done; just the odds get worse when you’re stuck in Ukraine in December, and the Ukes keep playing “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas” over the battlefield all night long.

I don’t know whether or not the Ukes can pull off a “back breaker” in the next 4-6 weeks, and put this on-track to be mopped up by Spring, but they’ve shamed all the early projectile vomiting by CNN, and there’s no indication they plan to stop.

If Putin’s fight has only just begun, his main force is a couple months late to the front lines. Russian enthusiasm to stand behind him is rather lacking over at Russian recruiting offices; old Soviet-era bread lines were FAR longer.

It MIGHT work out as you say, but...there’s not much supporting evidence visible, at this point; only rafts of hearsay claiming all optimism about Ukraine is — what’s the pop pejorative these days?? — “globohomo” propaganda.

And that’s flung out there in much the same way leftists hurl jabs at Fox News, so it’s not exactly professorial in credibility. I’ve seen some longer analyses that were, at the very least, thoughtful and realistic, but nobody was making odds.

“I don’t believe a word”

Matters little to me what you believe or reject as true.
You are entitled to your opinion.

And yet, truth is truth.

“The sun is still there,
Even when you can’t see it.

The sun still shines,
Even on bad days.
Just because you can’t see the light,
Doesn’t mean it’s not there

“Potin is scootin’.”

Like!!! Scooting soon to Sochi for good. Or else he will be deposed or killed off by his Kremlin Mafia buddies. Putin’s war is bad for business. Putin is bad for business, in Russia.

Well now.. that’s a far cry from Poot’s grandiose pronouncement of “these regions are part of Russia forever.”

While I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia is responsible for sabotaging the pipelines, whoever did it sent a message that they are “all-in”. Putin had also sent a similar message by annexing Ukrainian territory, so doubling down would not be a surprise. If it was the west, then they basically took the gas bargaining chip off the table.

Since the NS1 was running at 12% capacity, and NS2 at zero, Putin wasn’t making any money from them anyway. The sabotage drove gas prices higher, in the short term helping Putin stay afloat and fund the war.

Another torture chamber discovered as Russian forces pulled out in Kherson. Systematic, atrocious war crimes everywhere the Russians occupied. The latest horror:

How like the nazis. How despicable and shameful this Russian aggression has been.

I've seen in a few places the rather odd argument that the Russians are waiting for winter, because they are more used to it and will have the advantage.

Of course, it will be winter in Ukraine, and they will be fighting Ukrainians who have lived in Ukrainian winters their whole life. Makes absolutely zero sense.

“Huge loss of Russian life and materiel.”

“Yes, more in seven months than the U.S. lost in Vietnam in ten years.”

And Russia provided much more support to North Vietnam, than the USA has to the Ukraine. Thousands of artillery pieces (Guns).

We are just so much more efficient and effective than those drunken thieves in charge of the Russian Army.

War Crimes investigators follow every liberation by Ukrainian forces, and find a the same kinds of atrocities by the Russians. Bucha, Izyum, now Peski-Radkovsky in the Kharkiv region.

It is all being documented for war crimes trials in The Hague, and for history.

Shame on those collaborators and enablers who took the side of such Monsters.

That would explain why one firetruck had US designations printed on the front. One of only a few I saw from the front. It may have said something like FIRE & RESCUE.

Yes, it is so much more honorable for Comrades to rescue live washing machines and potatoes, than carry their dead patriots home to their families. I sure wouldn’t want to fight for a country with those values.

Apples to oranges...

Trump won . None of this would be happening if he were still POTUS.

We the people failed to sufficiently support his electoral victory and now we are paying the costs of the usurpers insane and inept follies . It could end up being the death of us. Most of us , at least .

Who's surrounded? Literally, everything you're claiming is pure fiction. But, you apparently like to be lied to by the Biden regime.

This how "winning" is defined for Ukraine:

https://www.rt.com/russia/562588-russian-military-ukrainian-losses/

Ukrainian military casualties exceeded 12,000 during Kiev's five-day counteroffensive, Russia’s Defense Ministry has claimed.

More than 4,000 Ukrainian troops were killed and another 8,000 injured between September 6 and 10 in the south and east of the country, ministry spokesman Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov said during a daily briefing on Sunday.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/2022/09/07/ukraine-kherson-offensive-casualties-ammunition/

The soldiers said they lacked the artillery needed to dislodge Russia’s entrenched forces and described a yawning technology gap with their better-equipped adversaries. The interviews provided some of the first direct accounts of a push to retake captured territory that is so sensitive, Ukrainian military commanders have barred reporters from visiting the front lines.

“They used everything on us,” said Denys, a 33-year-old Ukrainian soldier whose unit fell back from a Russian-held village after a lengthy barrage of cluster bombs, phosphorous munitions and mortars. “Who can survive an attack for five hours like that?” he said.

###

“We lost five people for every one they did,” said Ihor, a 30-year-old platoon commander who injured his back when the tank he was riding in crashed into a ditch.

###

Oleksandr said the Russian artillery fire was relentless. “They were just hitting us all the time,” he said. “If we fire three mortars, they fire 20 in return.”

Nobody knows what the end game is really going to be in this - which is pretty much normal in all conflicts. But they did say there was a question about the boundary lines - so I guess we'll know eventually.
