The late-blooming 2022 Atlantic Tropical Storm season is making up for lost time. A tropical system has developed in the Central Caribbean Sea. This storm system is forecast to threaten continental U.S. interests next week. While the tropical wave passed south of a key geographic area known as Hebert's Box #1, it will very likely pass through Hebert's Box #2. These boxes are useful as predictors of hurricanes that will strike South Florida. For more information about Hebert's Boxes, see Hebert Box. See graphic below which illustrated the Hebert's Boxes.

Looks like a Sanibel, Fort Myers landfall.
His “live” coverage appears to be from two days ago.
Live-back up.

Can’t see youtube at work. it’s blocked.
Can you define “coming apart” as they’re saying it?
Englewood Beach Cam, Ft. Charlotte, FL

They pour the concrete pad And insert rebar every so often along the exterior walls and out every corner. Then you stack cinderblocks and use rebar inside areas and fill those sections with concrete. Then there’s special strapping and bolts they use to secure the roof to those particular reinforced “columns”
Your right-lost his feed-rerun.
I am very puzzled that Rumble calls something live when it is not. Needs to be some changes made there.
surge is really making a move...lots and lots of debris flowing inland...they have 9 cameras along the coast and camera 9 is Ft Myers beach..but its very close to being submerged. They already lost camera 7 in Sanibel...
Weather Channel keeps showing video of Ft Myers. Lots of flooding already…a lot of debris moving in fast water coming from shore.
Fort Myers looks like it’s pretty much under water at this point. Brutal storm.
Thanks for this, as always! You’re a FR Icon now. Mucho appreciado or sumthin!
I live about 10 mi north of Daytona, 1.5 miles from ocean, although only 2 blocks W of intercoastal (Halifax River).
Anyone know the latest guesstimate of where the eye exit might be? Is there a site that is reliable that updates it? Last I saw was S of Daytona, but yeah, I know at this time it’s no better than 50/50. Still wide cone.
I need to guess wind directions eventually, so I know which side of house to park vehicles on. Probably not until tomorrow morning though.
Grazi!
yea..this is gonna be a bad one....
We live in Ft Myers and evac to Vero Beach. Fully expect to lose everything.
Looks like the center of the eye will pass right over North Captiva. I hope that guy on Pine Island survives.
Good copy.
NWS Trackers have been spot-on with their landfall predictions, having called the overall Charlotte Harbor area for some time. I’d say Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers are right there in the centerline of their landfall prediction.
On the ground reporter (Eric) with Charlie Kirk’s show (RAV / Steve Bannon)... stating winds are now up to 155 mph. Getting into CAT 5 territory. Says the south-southeast side of the eyewall hasn’t even hit yet. (Within 1-2 hours; storm’s full strength arrives.)
