Breitbart ^ | 08/29/2022 | Joel B Pollack

Democrats are increasingly selling a comeback narrative that they believe will help them defend Congress in the 2022 midterm elections — and Republicans have been slow to respond with a clear argument as to why voters should choose them.

The comeback story goes like this:

Imagine being at the bottom of Point du Hoc on 6/6/44. Going back will get you killed. There is no staying where you are. You may die trying to climb it. You may get shot climbing it. You know what you have to do.

Yoda is wrong. There is no longer anything “try.”

I can vote for Rand Paul in November and will. I can also vote for Hal Rogers the KY version of Robert Byrd in November, that I can’t do. He’s establishment through and through and I haven’t voted for him since 2010. He’s full of crap beginning to end.

But listening to McConnell it’s clear the GOP establishment really doesn’t want to win in the fall and are content to stay as the minority as long as they get their place at the federal feeding trough.

To wit:

In Ohio, I’m happy to vote for JD Vance and Madison Giosotto, and some locals, and issues.

In the Gov race, I will be marking whomever is a green, or independent party. Don’t know who they are, don’t care. Not voting for DeWine.

“what if the dem wins?!?”

That’s on DeWine, not me. F×ck RINOS.

The Republicans want to lose.

There are many fronts on which the GOP should be able to attack the 'Rats, but instead, Mitch McConnell is already waving the white surrender flag. Even though my tagline says the RINO problem must be solved, starting a new party may be the only way forward. Not the easy way forward, mind you, since the Dems and Reps would both be attacking a new party that could be a threat to their corruption.

‘Are we going to blame every GOP defeat from here to eternity on election fraud?’

it’s easier than trying to figure out what caused defeat in the first place and work to fix it...

I can’t speak for anyone else but when considering the rats are planning to steal the election the last thing I want to do is stay home and let them.

they are propped up by the LEFTIST media

want to change that?

do not fund them

LEFTIST media gets paid by cable subscribers whether you watch them or not

everyone should stop paying them

cut the cable tv

this will force cable tv to offer a la carte instead of the basic bundle

this will take out msnbc cnn and fox news

it will hurt the broadcast networks

"The task for Republicans is to shape a message that is independent of Trump, and that focuses on the party’s clear strengths on border security and education. Unless they can find that message soon, they risk squandering a historic, and crucial, election."

That is all you need to know. Dont bother to read this screed.

”If it takes losing to get rid of the RINOs, it’s worth it, “

I couldn’t disagree more. The Supreme Court decisions in Dobbs and Bruen are tremendous. If Trump wins in 2024 despite the RINOs we might get a conservative Court that could last a full generation.

The writer, like most of the GOP and all of the left, does not understand Trump is simply a vessel.

He is popular BECAUSE of his message, not his great hair or dance moves.

I am not worried about people on this forum, my concern is John Q Public who thinks if it is all rigged, why bother voting in the first place?

Chatting rigged elections is not a winning 2022 or 2024 strategy

Go away, Go away quietly or go away screaming but please just go away. I don’t give a shiite about your publishing deadline and your click bait headlines. This kind of crap is horse race garbage.
Name a single issue the rodents support that the Republicans don’t support and voters want. High inflation $4.00 gas open borders 87,000 new IRS scumbags? Making the lower class pay the elite’s student loan because their degree in Lesbian Folk Dancing hasn’t turned into a job or how about 2000 Mules ( 52% believe ) or Dollar Hunter’s Laptop? Which is THE issue that will put the rodents over the top?
