The vote to overturn Roe v. Wade was 5-4. Alito wrote the majority opinion, joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.

The vote to uphold Mississippi’s abortion restriction was 6-3. Roberts voted with the majority for that outcome, but he said in a separate opinion that he would not have overturned Roe.

A great win, but this is not the only fight. The Constitution is under attack on a daily basis, so pro-life voters cannot just disappear now that this ruling has been handed down. There is still a lot of work to be done to get this country back to where it should be.

Abortion is and always should have been a state issue.
Abortion is not going away. You may have to take a trip but the procedure will be available.

Trump ensured his picks would return power to the states. This is his contribution to the SCOTUS, three justices who will return States Rights at a time when the left seeks Federal power expansion. While these three may disappoint on some issues, the trajectory of the Court will write air-tight decisions clarifying States dominion.

I agree 100% with the decision, but I feel this will destroy the pubs in the midterms.

The Constitution is not so confusing that the desperate Democratic, politically correct “right” to murder unborn children was initially accidentally decided to be constitutional.

In other words, media is sidestepping that Roe v. Wade was probably a scandal imo, the product of a very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification federal government.
