The vote to overturn Roe v. Wade was 5-4. Alito wrote the majority opinion, joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett.
The vote to uphold Mississippi’s abortion restriction was 6-3. Roberts voted with the majority for that outcome, but he said in a separate opinion that he would not have overturned Roe.

This decision says nothing about birthing persons, so it further gives legal basis for what a woman and by extension the definition of what man is.
Now that it will go back to the states, it’s time for all of us to roll our sleeves up and join/rejoin/redouble the fight. We’ve still got work to do. We may not be able to completely eradicate abortion, but even one baby saved is worth it.

Now, it’s probably up to us - We the People - to protect those going in and out of Crisis Pregnancy Centers as well as the staff. I don’t think we can rely on local law enforcement for this.

A bigger majority also is better for the strength of the Court, which has always been a priority for him.
Frankly this is bad law too. You shouldn’t be able to kill any innocent person anywhere.
It doesn't restrict the federal government from regulating or prohibiting it either. An abortion now is a commercial transaction just like any other purchase. The Commerce Clause gives Congress the power to regulate it. They can ban it completely, but with the right Congress make it completely available. This may well have opened up a whole other can of worms.
