Michael Sussmann, a lawyer representing Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign, has been found not guilty of a single count of lying to the FBI when he said he was not working on behalf of any client when he alleged a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia's Alfa Bank.
Sussmann was charged under 18 U.S.C. 1001 with lying to the FBI during a meeting with then-FBI general counsel James Baker when he came forward with what he claimed was evidence of possible covert communications between the Trump organization and Alfa, a Russian bank. Sussmann allegedly concealed that he was representing the Clinton campaign, which he billed for his efforts.
The verdict comes after a two week trial led to more than a day of deliberations... by this jury:

Durham probably knew the chances were next to nil of getting a decent judge.
When I learned the trial was being held in D.C., I knew the outcome would be this.
Our country is so divided. With hard evidence, left leaning jury refused to convict. Wow.
I think we just need a peaceful divorce.
I quit purchasing tabs for my plates, don’t pay tolls, and won’t stop for the police. The secret is to speed away, they are told to not chase you down. The theory is, you know where they live, so what is the use in chasing them.
For people who don’t know about WA, if you catch a guy stealing your car from in front of your house, the police will not stop them because YOU CAN’T PROVE it is your car. If you have the title, and they have time to look through it while the guy drives away, you may keep your car this time.
A lot of States have seceded, and no longer guarantee A Republican form of government, as is written in State and the National Constitution. In WA, it is illegal to mention the name of Jesus Christ in the Legislature. The minority party of the Republicans, is and was kept from participating in debate during the 2 years of lockdowns. ALL but the head Democrats participated by ZOOM, breaking the law right there.
We who “shirk the system” are the equivalent of the freedom fighters of old.

The Sussman trial was as clean and honest as the proceedings of the Jan 6 Star Chamber.
Certainly in any Federal case where the FBI is presenting evidence. Should be an automatic acquittal.

He had essentially no chance of conviction in that jurisdiction.
This might be a case of jury nullification. The jury disregards the facts because they disagree with the charges.
What really happened...the jury DIDN’T BELIEVE THE FBI.
It’s a sad day, but it’s worse when the people don’t believe the representatives of the LAW.
Welcome to the Third World now. The entire Durham investigation was a sham from the start. Miss paying a couple of grand in taxes and you’ll be in jail for 5 years,though.

Good luck with that! I’m thinking more like a ‘Civil War’ kind of divorce. oOther Government wants it ALL, and she is NOT going quietly.

Impossible to win a case when the D.C. jury was not only all democrats but anti-FBI democrats as well.
Remember, Hillary was furious at Comey for airing out her dirty email-hard drive laundry while at the same time deciding not to prosecute.
I am thinking that the Sussman jury felt a great deal of satisfaction in acquitting a Hillary hack who “duped” the hated FBI.
And wouldn’t you know it, but the admission that the Perkins Coie law firm had an office in the FBI building and that office was run by Sussman came out right after the trial verdict. When the fish rots; it rots from the head.
If they had put Hillary in jail decades ago, these people would not have had to commit crimes for her.
I agree about the ability to win a case in W., D.C.
The FBI is nobody’s friend these days.
