ATLANTA (AP) — A judge in Georgia on Friday found that U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is qualified to run for reelection, finding that a group of voters who had challenged her eligibility failed to prove she engaged in insurrection after taking office. But the decision will ultimately be up to Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

I wonder if that was part of the game plan. The dem lawyers were terrible, objectively so, but maybe the play was to just establish thst these charges can be brought and heard in a trial, and not thrown out immediately for being ridiculous on its face. If they can't win, they can certainly draw out the process of losing.

I am of the opinion that there would first need to be an actual insurrection.
Americans are too civilized. Long ago we should have flushed the toilet on DC. I am not being facetious, I am describing my ideal of removing from office every elected official, electing an entirely new slate, and taking away the retirements of ALL but military veterans, and means testing all others. That would be a good start to returning our servants to servile status.

That POS will disqualify her. She is his enemy.
I hate that POS more then Kemp, and I hate Kemp.
That these charges could even have been brought to court ARE the very reason that the word “Insurrection “ was chosen (by the democrats and their national press corpse) any and every day since November 4.
They needed “Insurrection “ be available so the 14th Amendment could be invoked. Riot? Treason? Violence? Murder? Fattening? None are serious enough!
