Here’s one of Judge Jackson’s written answers to a question from Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, and it’s about natural rights:

I’m not offended. Just wondering why you felt the need to virtue-signal.

So she has repudiated the Declaration of Independence, the thousand year history of Natural Law, the Bill of Rights, and the underlying philosophical foundation of constitutional government.
Just another modern democrat. Law is the will of the sovereign. Period.

She would be hands down the worst Justice ever put on the bench.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
Her statement is a direct contradiction of the most fundamental principle of “Americanism” which was laid out in the DoI, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
Everything that America was, is and has been rests entirely on the principle that all human beings are endowed with unalienable natural rights.
It is the basis of all governmental authority, the sole reason for its existence.

Solid pick if you want to laugh your buttocks off when reading her judicial opinions. Fortunately she is relegated to that corner of the court with the “wise” Latina reprobate and the idiotic chick that looks like Kevin James after doing an 8-ball of yayo.

If natural rights don’t exist, then slavery was ok until it fell out of style.
Or, is every person born free with certain unalienable rights?
Can’t have it both ways.
