We know from this and countless other statements by the judge that she is in fundamental conflict with the US Constitution. She relies on precedent and where that is lacking she appeals to her personal idea of justice. This is not a person who should be sitting as a judge. She is in perfect alignment for summary impeachment and dismissal from the court, any court.

So by extension, the entire Bill of Rights has no meaning, in her thinking?

That this KBJ creature is even being considered for a seat on the USSC is testament to how very far our Nation has fallen.

These days, the dim embers of one’s optimism are in imminent danger of being extinguished . . .

If biologists relied on precedent we would still believe flies grew from rotting meat and worms grew naturally from soil without having any ancestors.

So how would she be sworn in?
She has actually told the world that she is totally ineligible to be a judge.
Oh well.

I spent some time reading through the transcript of the oral arguments in the recent OSHA vaccine mandate case.

By the time I got 20% of the way through it, I decided that most U.S. Supreme Court justices are less intelligent and less informed than your average student at a private high school.

Another “I don’t know” response.

This demands clarification. Where, in her opinion, are rights derived from? And how will this view influence her rulings.

Whether she believes we have “natural” rights or not, she should be able to defend her position. I have no confidence in someone that avoids answering direct questions. How did she ever make it through law school?

“She has actually told the world that she is totally ineligible to be a judge.”

What do you mean?

The world thinks her qualification are almost perfect - she’s black and a woman (though she herself doesn’t know she’s a woman). The only thing that would make her credentials stronger is if she was a woman with a dick.

So who really is the crazy one, her or the “world” that’s about to anoint her?

Sadly, sooner than later there will be a heavy price for this level of collective insanity.

Reality will get its revenge... always does.

Wow! That is the exact opposite of what is mainstream and taught in 99.99% of classes in this country. I guess I would have to ask the judge “which came first, humans or civilization (the state)? And, if you think about it, it’s another salvo from the left denying “God given rights” for their view is citizens only hafevthe rightsbthat the state grants.

The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among old parchments or musty records. They are written, as with a sunbeam, in the whole volume of human nature, by the Hand of Divinity itself, and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.
