We know from this and countless other statements by the judge that she is in fundamental conflict with the US Constitution. She relies on precedent and where that is lacking she appeals to her personal idea of justice. This is not a person who should be sitting as a judge. She is in perfect alignment for summary impeachment and dismissal from the court, any court.
If biologists relied on precedent we would still believe flies grew from rotting meat and worms grew naturally from soil without having any ancestors.
