Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., announced Thursday that he will oppose President Biden's first U.S. Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, even after going into the confirmation process with an "open mind." "After studying the nominee’s record and watching her performance this week, I cannot and will not support Judge Jackson for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court," McConnell said from the Senate floor.

Then he must know there are enough Republican votes to confirm her.
So he gets to play the conservative this time.

I praying for a miracle. That every “R” member will vote “no” and possibly Manchin will save the day with his “no” vote.
Yes, I said miracle.

For whatever anyone thinks of McConnell, this is an important early statement. If he can somehow hold all his fellow RINO’s on what are objectively disqualifying grounds and pick up Manchin, she’ll go back to letting child predators off but only on the district court level.

I will pray for that just to see the demonrats go absolutely apesh@t bazonkazoids, that would be glorious

I think it’s extremely important for conservative political commentators to never stop exposing what an abject loon Jackson is, and actually INCREASE their fervor to let even the most tone-deaf citizens know what a horrible pick she is. (the one’s I’ve heard have done a terrific job, particularly Carlson.)
No woman in her right mind should approve of this appointment.

Romney's already pretty much confirmed he will vote yes.

My money says this whole thing is a shell game. They know this woman is too toxic, so they throw her out there as a sacrifice, then go with the next one up, who will be just as left-wing, but better spoken, all the while lulling conservatives into a slumber thinking they won one.
