Here’s an opportunity for RINOs to make a stand, but they won’t. They are pussies and have zero clue as how to win.

That’s exactly why the republicans could support her, I’d love to see Hilary get it so the Donald can replace her, but that won’t happen.

It wouldn’t make a difference. Too many assistant rats. Even Ginsburg was confirmed 96 to 3.

Why do I expect them to tee up a black transexual?
To: frankis4liberty
Suppose they pick a black lesbian woman, that won’t be good enough because she isn’t muslim, or transsexualThey will fall in line. Sotomayor is 67. So under President Gavin Newsom in either '28 or '32, she will be 73 or 77 by then. Native Americans will demand to have their representation on the Supreme Court. Same with Asian Americans. And you can't ignore Latinos, especially since they're not fan of the "woke" movement by the Democratic Party. If Hispanics vote 45% for GOP by then, Democrats will have a tough time competing nationally.

Soros will do the nominating.

Joe Biden is a radical liberal. He’s going to appoint a radical. Joe Biden is a potato. He doesn't know who he is, what he is, what day of the week it is, or what time it is.
Biden does what Ron Klain tells him to do, and Ron Klain is a radical Communist pushing the progressive/communist agenda.

Bad as Breyer is, his replacement will almost certainly be even worse.
