Lemon said, “I’ve gotten criticized for saying we should stop listening to the people and they should not be part of polite society.”

Uhmmmm......they are above the law. Particularly above regulations that are not laws, and especially when the writers of said regulations did write them because they admitted that it was done that way to get around the laws of our nation.
