Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Thursday evening called Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh a “cringing little liberal” after Kavanaugh sided with the liberal justices to uphold a health care vaccine mandate.
As highlighted by the Washington Examiner, Trump-appointed Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts joined the three liberal justices on the court to allow a vaccine mandate for medical facilities that take Medicare or Medicaid payments.
Speaking about the ruling with attorney Harmeet Dhillon, who represented The Daily Wire in the fight against the Biden administration, Carlson chimed in, “With no help from Brett Kavanaugh, I notice. Cringing little liberal.”

Absolutely. Well said. My kids are in healthcare and off the record the doctors they work for are recommending them not get it. No reason to.
“Because it’s all a SCAM.”
Exactly, Where is the evidence? There is none. But the evidence against these is becoming overwhelming.
He’s a repugnant little shit
The three gutless wonders never seem to realize that “building consensus” is not any part of their job as a Judge. Trying to build “consensus” with the legally insane 3 clowns merely results in slightly less insane decisions.
“But why can’t the congress JUST PASS A LAW TO THAT EFFECT?”
They can’t pass a law because the democrats and some republicans, have constituencies that freak out & are scared pussies about this thing called life & death.
The proper law would be no mandates on masks & shots either way, these are individual choices.
“You’re free to choose” & please respect other peoples choices, so everybody can make some money.
P.S. Nothing would need to be passed if politicians, businesses, & individuals had any respect for the Bill of Rights in the US Constitution.
Is that the Brett Kavanaugh democrats said ran ‘rape rooms’ in high school?
“I understand health care workers and vaccine mandates and masks.”
We’ve had mask-less healthcare workers here for 400 years. If masks and shots were so important, there would be no population now. NOW it’s a thing? Nope; it’s not. No laws “to that effect”.
Whiny little Kavanaugh once again betrayed us who stood up for him when his career was being threatened. Instead, he sided with those who did everything possible to destroy his sorry ass. Shameful.
What are those pins they’re wearing? Anybody know?
Something during his hearing told me he was a wimp and a fake.
Shouldn’t this
“...to allow a vaccine mandate for medical facilities that take Medicare or Medicaid payments.”
read
“...to allow a vaccine mandate for FEDERAL medical facilities that take Medicare or Medicaid payments.”
We just got over covid a week ago. Now my wife who works at a nursing home has to get a shot even though she has natural immunity or she’ll lose her job. Seems like getting the shot shortly after having had covid has not been a good thing. The CMS mandate does not allow weekly tests in lieu of the jab.
This is stupid just like everything they’ve done on covid.
You know, like Russia, Chy-Na, NoKo, etc.
#23: Fantastic, thank you!
Unity!
More likely he's just a milquetoast POS. Occam's razor 'n all that.
I want to thank the many wise and thoughtful replies to my post where I asked why congress does not pass a law requiring health care workers to get vaccinated and or wear masks.
Allow me to amend my thoughts a bit more.
The main apex of my thought is why is the Supreme court making decisions congress should be making?
I do not necessarily think that any law should be passed, by the Supreme court or congress, to require health care workers to get vaccinated or wear masks.
Frankly I do not think health care workers, or anyone for that matter, should be forced to be vaccinated. But if there’s going to be governmental “forcing” it should be done by congress, NOT by the Supreme freaking court.
If health care workers should be required to get vaccinated or wear masks, it should be determined by the health care facility, the health care workers themselves, and keeping in mind what happened with the Cuomo deal, perhaps congress should pass a law but there’s still debate on that deal.
My ire is raised over the Supreme court taking over our elected congress’ job.
Well, I guess the Supreme court will be responsible for the deaths due to the shortage of healthcare workers.
That’s Kegger Kavanaugh to you.
