Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Thursday evening called Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh a “cringing little liberal” after Kavanaugh sided with the liberal justices to uphold a health care vaccine mandate.
As highlighted by the Washington Examiner, Trump-appointed Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts joined the three liberal justices on the court to allow a vaccine mandate for medical facilities that take Medicare or Medicaid payments.
Speaking about the ruling with attorney Harmeet Dhillon, who represented The Daily Wire in the fight against the Biden administration, Carlson chimed in, “With no help from Brett Kavanaugh, I notice. Cringing little liberal.”

On some level I understand health care workers and vaccine mandates and masks.
But why can’t the congress JUST PASS A LAW TO THAT EFFECT?
Why is the Supreme court making this ok?

The thing is...and what lots of folks are missing is... healthcare workers already know the vaccines are basically useless and each day they witness more and more contradictory protocols on top of more and more breakthrough cases...like letting asymptomatic covid positive workers be near sick people in the hospital, chopping quarantine time in half? After years of the exact opposite? And its difficult to reconcile how a nurse choosing to be unvaxxed is any more dangerous than the vaxxed healthcare workers themselves.
The science make no sense.

I would bet that the Derp State has something HEAVY on him. They are allowing him some leeway to appear ‘conservative’ but on the important issues (like this one, and the 2020 election), he has his orders!

Fishtalk, you are, perhaps, wiser than many. However, if healthcare workers were in such dire danger for the last two plus years, why are we not mourning the thousands of deaths among their ranks? Much like the homeless population...why are we not stepping over piles of bodies every day?

Why was there a mad rush to previously untried vaccine models and NO emphasis on therapeutics or other treatments? Why were efficacious medicines scorned and restricted?

I was not thrilled about Kavanaugh's appointment in the first place, and am not a fan of his. Indeed, on past threads, his intellectual dishonesty in some rulings has caused me to speculate that there may have been some germ of truth to the accusations brought against him during his confirmation. All that said, I'm not sure this decision is incorrect. If you take the king's shilling, you do the king's bidding, and by accepting federal monies, these medical facilities essentially agree to comply with the conditions the fedgov imposes.
In a sane world, and with morally courageous leadership, many of these facilities would simply opt out of medicare/medicaid programs, but with the fascistic blurring of the lines between government and business, we should expect to see profit placed over principle virtually every time the two are at odds.

It’s Congress’ job to do this stuff, NOT the court. Congress let’s it run this way to CYA so they don’t have to face their voters on issues, or have any responsibility at all.
Chicken Shiite Congress Critters, especially at the top. THEY allow their members to avoid it all for THEIR own backing. THEY pay Critters off with with Campaign donations and committee assignments.
A big picture observation is that more people are starting to think that taking a vaccine is a personal decision.
