Very bad news for healthcare and liberty. The ruling is a Trojan Horse because it makes facilities with taxpayer funding, aka Federal $, force their employees into being part of the experimental trial of the damaging and killer injections involuntarily.

This is a good place to point out "No King but Jesus", because the dark side has no idea what its own self sets in motion. Evil is stupid. This is going to be epic.

My post makes no sense? Just wait. I can afford to say what I say.

All Feds are worker-funded.

Here’s the problem, my wife works at state facility which serves the permanent mentally handicapped, they do receive medicare and medicaid, 50% of staff not vaccinated, 24/7 direct care by high school graduates, high turnover and understaffed even without this covid mess. if this mandate apply’s to them, they’ll close down with no one to care for the patients.

They need to move the Supreme Court to Wichita. Keep them as far from the swamp as possible. Maybe Nome Alaska.

How is the federal government the customer in Medicare/Medicaid?

The Federal government pays the bills under the terms of contracts signed between the government and the health care provider.

That's one of the things that has destroyed medical care in the U.S. (and most of the world).

A doctor may have patients, but he really works for his customers (i.e., the ones who pay the bills).

Both Kavanaugh and Roberts were Bush guys.

The reason President Trump picked Kavanaugh is because Mitch McConnell said the Federalist Society said he was a good pick.

Trump should have listened to his instincts instead of McConnell.

Has Kavanaugh voted on anything conservative?

I think he is 0 and 3 now?

Nope it’s for healthcare workers.

Today’s ruling was a win-lose. Sure, the OSHA mandates for small businesses was struck down, but the mandate for healthcare workers was affirmed thanks to Roberts and Kavanaugh switching sides on that aspect. Healthcare agencies are going to suffer even more now.

No, I don’t think so. I believe that it involves any health facility that receives federal funding. So, they let stand a requirement that pretty much kills off whatever healthcare capability we had to fight Covid.

Then I should consider this ruling for the healthcare mandate a huge victory for Brandon’s administration. I just feel sorry for those health workers who are in the front lines and see the effects of what the vaccine is doing to patients and yet they will be forced to Make a serious decision of whether to take this agent orange jab in order to put food on their table or will be forced to look for another type of employment. Effing supreme court judges always seem to screw us up!

Had time to digest the rulings better.

It’s a half baked split stupidity.

The only positive is that Hospitals have been requiring their staff to get vaccinated, the bombs have already dropped and hit, now they’re realizing how the personnel that quit or got fired over vaccines are needed.

I suspect the religious exception (and other exceptions) are going to be taken more seriously now.
The loss of staff has already happened.
So now they need them back.

I think it will end up being a pyrrhic one, frankly. Within 6 months the healthcare industry will be in shambles due to shortages of any care at all because they will keep forcing boosters at ever decreasing intervals for every little ooga-booga variant they dream up. All this was for an excuse to mail out another billion unrequested mail-in ballots.

I am confused...

I know the 6th circuit court overruled the initial stay by the 5th circuit court, however, doesn’t the decision now go back to the 5th circuit court?

I think it does and we should be safe.

It wouldn't matter since all of them have been trained by essentially the same people at the same law schools. If you want to ensure integrity and not group think on the court, then you can't have all justices coming from either Yale or Harvard law schools. It's absurd. Hillary went to Yale and flunked the bar in DC. I am sure there were people from third or fourth tier law schools who passed the DC bar during the same testing session. We cannot survive as a nation if we don't markedly expand the pool from which elected and appointed government officials come from.

and they are issuing various legal exemptions (including religious)at numerous locations... left and right... as the need arises.

by the end of the summer, the vaxxes will be deemed ineffective on some kind of legal level... and that too... will kill the fake vaxxine that was rushed through experimentally...

this is what biden is planning for... he knows his mandate, the fake vaccine, that is not efficacious or robust in duration.. will go the way of the dough dough...

today was the beginning of the end for this illegitimate regime.
