On Friday the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden's Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.
During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine's ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.

Before FDR "nuked" the Supreme Court with activist, state sovereignty-ignoring justices who looked a lot like he did (sarc), the states would exercise their now wrongly demonized power to amend the Constitution to effectively overturn Supreme Court decisions.
But also remember that patriots can theoretically elect a Congress who is willing to impeach and remove activist Supreme Court justices.
The problem, evidenced by desperate Democrats twice failing to remove Trump from office with mock impeachments, is that although patriots could have used their 17th Amendment (17A) power to replace all senators at least twice since Obama was resident (correction welcome), we still have a split Senate that effectively cannot remove ANYBODY that the House impeaches, patriots asleep at the wheel with the Senate (fortunately for Trump).
How could the country possibly have survived without 17A? /super-sarc

We definitely need some JUSTICE REFORM. The damn Federal “judges” have completely gone rogue. When was the last time President Trump won a case? There is a double standard for Commie RATS and Americans. I just read where a menopausal “judge” has told prosecutors to be harder on the January 6th party boys. That’s enough right there to force this moron to have to recuse herself from having anything to do with the “insurrectioners”. It’s time to start vetting these idiots we’re given total godlike powers to.

It depends where one gets their stats. Partisans often tout stats the other side doesn’t agree with. One has to carefully check stats provided by a partisan pushing an agenda.
It seems the vaccine mandate question should be a matter of constitutional law and not driven by stats. It should also not be driven by any particular virus but apply to all viruses.
I believe the OSHA mandate (originally proposed, in Sept. of last year, I believe?) kicks in Feb. 9
