WOW. I wasn’t expecting that question from Roberts. He may not be a lost cause yet.

He mentioned the “work around” tweet that the communist clown posted on Twatter.

We are not doomed. I wish you’d address someone else with that term instead of me. I don’t agree and I will not confess that upon our land.

That’s what the Constitution is supposed to be about; even Obama said it is a “charter of negative liberties. It says what states can’t do to you”

We are CATTLE.

Only if we consent to being ruled by these fascists. Nothing on the ballot says we must vote for the Uniparty.

The SCOTUS will rule however Deep State tells it to rule.

To my mind the ruling is less important than the written opinion.

The opinion will tell us, regardless of whether or not Deep State cuts bait on the vaxx mandate, if Deep State will settle for a 4 year loot and run on the public treasury, or if it plans on sticking around.

Question that needs to be asked: are employees in companies with 99 or less at less risk than companies with 100 or more. One employee makes an environment more harmful or not.

I’m actually very surprised by Roberts questions here, considering his questions earlier.

be careful with this line of thinking there, my company told ex boss he was over weight because bmi data they chose to use wasn’t same as medical field.. same for a friend - told her she has bad cholesterol but her Doctor told her it was in proper ranges. bottom line: they can’ manipulate the numbers to call anyone anything. they both had to get “Fat” coaches - to be able to save 200 a year old insurance. ( I choose to not let my company tell me about my health- I will pay the 200.00 a year.)

An excellent point.

Rumors are that if this passes, that “pay extra” premium will be no longer available.

So it is “lose weight or your job.”

If this is an accross the board issue, then one would expect similar regulations from all regulatory agencies, yes?

And why should the courts be the ones to decide which agency has (or doesn't have) the scope?

I notice little in the way of argument that this is a federal power at all, other than from OH solicitor. Seems taken as true, the feds have the power to mandate vaccination. The question is which agency is in charge, or whether it takes Congress to make that call.

Breyer seems to be arguing with the pro-mandate attorney so that he can re-state her whole case. It doesn’t seem to be helping the pro-mandate side.

Upon successful upholding of this mandate, it will be lowered to 1

Frankly if the “vaccines” were at all effective we wouldn’t be having this conversation. The fact that the conversation is ongoing is proof that the “vaccines” are ineffective and therefore not a vaccine at all.

For goodness’ sake, life itself poses a grave danger of death. Enough with this group of Marys and their thinly veiled power grab.
