They didn’t do that without the blessings of the chief.
If rioters/arsonists/ looters had been shot where they stood at the beginning of all of this, countless lives and businesses would never have been impacted much less the hundreds of millions of dollars of damages.
Some people just need killing. I’m so sorry they didn’t end this POS instead of arresting him because now the families will have to live thru his trial with a constant reminder of their loss.

When I retired in 2003, I had several payout options to choose from. Because there is no longevity in my family, I decided to take the reduced pension, so that if I died within 15 years of my retirement, my two sons would get what was left in my pension fund. Oh, I'm familiar with Jeffrey Dahmer alright. Criminals were my specialty during my 25 years in uniform in the NY State prison system. Been retired for almost 18 years now.
