Hoping to see this thing wrap up soon with a favorable verdict for our nation's hero - Kyle Rittenhouse and some legal jeopardy for ADA Binger and his buddy Krause (aka Fatlock).
I don’t have a copy of the jury instructions to verify this.
Yesterday, one lawyer said that although complaint #6 was removed, on page 30 it only mentions complaint #7 (curfew) was removed.
If complaint #6 is still in there somewhere, it may be causing a problem with the jury.

He allegedly went to prosecutors and offered to testify in exchange for immunity and getting off for his pending charges in other cases. They refused.
Binger said “the man defense wants to call ‘Jump Kick Man’...” at one point in court.
They knew who he was. They didn’t tell the defense. He’s a “VICTIM” in count 3 or 4 (wreckless endangerment) and the defense never had the chance to put him on the stand to cross-examine him.

I would rerun that for days in a row if I had to and check every fine detail of it over and over.
it was in the States evidence, go back when Kyle was under cross and Binger was accusing him of pointing a gun....they played a short video of Kyle putting down the fire extinguisher and you can see it..then Kyle stands up.. that is when the State is accusing him pointing the gun (left handed by the way)

but the State knows this and are still claiming it’s his hand
This is what I've read.
Supposedly, in the low res video, prosecutors claim that a white blob is Kyle's raised hand while in the HD version, the white blob is actually a car mirror.

All three shootings include clear evidence of self defense.
Or as you rephrased it, the state hasn’t disproved it beyond a reasonable doubt.
The hardcore leftists on the jury want a hung jury since they can’t get enough people to convict.
I had that happen on a civil jury I was on a few years ago.

He didn’t address that point directly...he said if they had the better version they would argue the case differently
everyone assumes that is what he was taking about
but, like several other important points, he doesn’t make it clear .
That jumped out at me, too. AFAIK that was the instructions given to the jury, and it was read aloud to the jury as well as given to them in written form.

I think the Judge and Defense are playing it safe with their wording in front of the cameras so as not to cause any premature riots. That’s why I think the Judge does not give a direct answer and wants to see what the jury will decide before he takes any steps.
Yes, its clear he was trying to escape and fired only at last possible moment when he was caught with no escape. Fist time guy ran him into a corner and attacked him with a trailor hitch chain. He had been trying to get away from the attacker but he got backed into a narrow spot. Right before the guy with chain attacked a gun was fired in his direction by a guy that was also chasing him down with the chain guy. The chain guy grabbed the barrel of Rittenhouse’s rifle whe he finally shot back. Rittenhouse ran down street to the police barricades to turn himself in. He was being chased by people who managed to hit him knock him down and start bashing his head with a flying stomp and a skate board to the head. Then somebody grabbed his rifle to tear it away and he shot as he was on the ground being beaten. He was almost able to get up but then a guy pulled a glock on him and he shot the glock guy in arm. The other would be attavkers backed off enough for him to be able to get to his feet and finish running to the pollute barricades where he surrendered. Its all on various video. There are dozens on that video guilty of violent crime. But the DA went after the innocent guy who escaped .
The judge was clear in his instructions. (Paraphrased).” If you do find this was self defense, it is over, you don’t need to go any further. If you find it wasn’t self defense then you must decide which count he is guilty of.”
It’s pretty obvious they did not find he was acting in self defense.
George Zimmermans jury took 16 hours to reach their verdict
Please consider the time frame for Jury deliberations. There has been 16 hours prior to today. They had 2 lunch breaks. They were brought back and forth to court for questions and to view videos. Easily 2 hours. They waited for copies and had to review 36 pages of Jury instructions. They viewed evidence videos. I seriously doubt they have done much deliberating at all. Maybe one or two straw polls.
This entire case is a ShitShow. Judge doesn’t have a clear handle on the Jury. jury is not aware of things we are. This may clear up confusion. Also consider Juror(s) may be looking to cash in and are not in a hurry. Not all but some. Give it some time.
Rekeita Law is saying they’ll be online at 0945 CST. That is pushed back an hour. Any ideas why?

Yes, I saw that but defense counsel should verify that the jury instructions that the jury got (11 copies?) was the correct charge and not the old one.
I wouldn’t trust prosecutors to tell me the time much less that the proper instructions are in the record.
One of the videos - the FBI heat signature footage - was never properly introduced by the state into evidence and shouldn’t be considered at all.

I don’t know how he was standing, but I’m sure it was away from the Judge so the Judge didn’t see the finger on the trigger.
That was one scary moment.

He’s likely being interviewed by “real media” and they might have felt like they devolved into killing time for an hour or to yesterday.
But people have lives. Could be something came up with his kids.
