I don’t have a copy of the jury instructions to verify this.
Yesterday, one lawyer said that although complaint #6 was removed, on page 30 it only mentions complaint #7 (curfew) was removed.
If complaint #6 is still in there somewhere, it may be causing a problem with the jury.
Please consider the time frame for Jury deliberations. There has been 16 hours prior to today. They had 2 lunch breaks. They were brought back and forth to court for questions and to view videos. Easily 2 hours. They waited for copies and had to review 36 pages of Jury instructions. They viewed evidence videos. I seriously doubt they have done much deliberating at all. Maybe one or two straw polls.
This entire case is a ShitShow. Judge doesn’t have a clear handle on the Jury. jury is not aware of things we are. This may clear up confusion. Also consider Juror(s) may be looking to cash in and are not in a hurry. Not all but some. Give it some time.
