Me, too. We had a coal furnace and a chute on the side of the house for the coal man. And this was in a big city in the 50s.

OR ELSE!

kerry will be warm and have all the energy he needs. WE will be shivering in the dark, standing in line to pay $20 for a loaf of stale bread.

Monsters like this guy have to be stopped. Without coal, millions will freeze in the dark, and we will have no means to make iron into steel.

Well I just got 3 ton last week. The question is do I burn it or save it and flip in 2030 for a huge profit.

What is he really saying? It’s one of two things:

1) By 2030, coal will be outlawed in the US and anyone who uses coal will be arrested, so, essentially, there will be no usage of coal in the US by 2030.
or
2) We are running out of coal, and try as we might, as deep as we may dig, we simply won’t have any more of the stuff by 2030, because we will have used up 100% of the coal reserves in the US by 2030.

The way this is written, it sounds to me like the idea is #2 and we “won’t have it”. But I think the goal is a lot closer to #1 and “we won’t allow it”.

And just sort of stating the obvious: we have enormous quantities of coal, and we aren’t going to use it all up in the next 8 or 9 years.

U.S. ‘Won’t Have Coal’ by 2030>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Not if both President Trump and Joe Manchin ( His family busioness is coal) have anything to say about it.

Kerry is a coward who was awarded a medal he had insisted on for his act shooting a Vietcong boy, just a kid who was runniung away. And Kerry insisted on getting a purple heart after he was passed over foir one, ne god a shrapnel needle prick in his ass. For the love of liberty, would that the shrapnel had weighed 5 pounds.

And Kerry is telling America it will have no coal? On whose authority? He has none. And the people will never give this Swift Boat coward any.

But how much coal will we have after the frozen citizens find, catch and put to their rightful end ALL of the leftists who perpetrated this farce on us?

Do “they” really think that this will not happen?

You’d better use it. If it sits too long with the price increasing the IRS will come after you for the unrealized gains you’ll have.

I’m having the same issue with the gas in my car. Don’t drive much any more and have gas in the tank I paid about 2/3 of the current price for. Waiting to see an IRS agent snooping into the tank to send me a bill on my unrealized holding gains.

The US currently generates about 19.3% of our electric power from coal. The demand for power is increasing and will increase significantly as people are pushed (and drawn-to) electric cars, motorcycles, trucks, etc.

There is no magic bullet, no technology just languishing around waiting in the wings to replace coal. What does that {censored} Kerry think we're going to do to make up that gap? Just do without electricity say 2 days a week?

What this really is, is yet another case of a loony leftist elitist making idiotic statements that sound good and make people feel good. But it is not based in reality, has no hope of actually being successfully implemented. Hopes and dreams and sound-bites are a stupid way to make policy. Stupid.
