I read that DJT is fixated on the stolen election and the lawyers only wanted to defend the issue of impeaching someone no longer in office.

That applies to a criminal trial but this is a political trial. We have a political judge and jury. Not sure it applies. I guess we will see.

Liberals are attacking the right to legal representation by threatening attorneys. The Lincoln Project harassed individual attorneys and law firms. Democrats in power are threatening attorneys by threatening to revoke their law license if they defend Trump.
I agree. Why bother to argue a case since they've already decided how they'll vote anyway? There's not a single Democrat with the integrity to vote Not Guilty even if you rubbed their noses in the evidence. This is what I call an "OJ Jury", i.e., a jury to which the evidence means absolutely nothing.
