Democrats have talked about packing the Supreme Court and seeking to end lifetime appointments of justices. Now a new commission under the Biden administration will be looking at the subject of court reforms. Indeed, President Joe Biden's White House is staffing the panel, which will examine reforms to the nation's top court and the federal judiciary, Politico reported. "The president remains committed to an expert study of the role and debate over reform of the court and will have more to say in the coming weeks," a White House official said in a statement.

Sekulow is a moron. Pennsylvania sent a letter and begged Pence to not certify thier electors for 10 days, not a refusal, but to put it on hold. That is not unreasonable, and he could have done the same thing with the other states in question because the govenors in bkue states refused to reconvene them. Certification would have been on the 16th and nothing violated. Pence and all the others who certified the electors committed treason whether they like it or not.
POTUS was truly in the swamp and up to his neck, just about the whole time he was there...
All things considered, he performed beyond expectations, especially considering the seditionists that worked 24/7 to bring him and MAGA down.
There had better be an awakening from THIS, and lessons learned, to include POTUS DJT, AND the loyal electorate- both blue dog dems. and lifer reps., that voted for him, plus... the independents and first time voters.

I don’t know why they would have to change the supreme court. Apparently they already have them in their pocket.

From 2006 but describing local politics to my area.
Gail Soro... Broke her own wipers, glued the rubber phallus onto her own windshield, and somehow miraculously “knew” something was in the pool before her husband found it.
She was eventually voted out, but tried to get back in office and litigated because “they threatened her with malicious and threatening language”.
She passed away in 2016.
Good luck, we’re going to need it.

That issue has not been settled;
and given that the fate of our Constitutional Republic was/is at stake, it should have been tested to the fullest. Pence’s ‘thoughts’ on the matter/cowardice have doomed this nation.

My reform movement begins with that bill entered in Texas seeking secession. Needs to be a cross state compact.

The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.”
You don’t honestly believe they’ll let the Constitution stop them, right? They’ll come up with some way to render that ineffective / work completely around that (like packing the Court).
