You don’t honestly believe they’ll let the Constitution stop them, right? They’ll come up with some way to render that ineffective / work completely around that (like packing the Court).
Why doesn’t Biden just nominate a half dozen leftist judges for the Supreme Court, the Senate confirms them, the half dozen get the equipment manager to give them their robes and then they hold a vote on adding justices? Seems pretty easy to me. Who’s going to stop them.
Wait til the new court takes on the constitutionality of the 2A . . . . — I’ll give you three guesses how that’s going to go and the first two don’t count.
