Democrats have talked about packing the Supreme Court and seeking to end lifetime appointments of justices. Now a new commission under the Biden administration will be looking at the subject of court reforms. Indeed, President Joe Biden's White House is staffing the panel, which will examine reforms to the nation's top court and the federal judiciary, Politico reported. "The president remains committed to an expert study of the role and debate over reform of the court and will have more to say in the coming weeks," a White House official said in a statement.

He did knowingly certify fraudulent electors.

I don't blame just Pence for the decline of America. Mr Roberts and Mr Barr are equally to blame. IMHO they are all Benedict Arnolds and should receive the same punishment. The real questions though are who pulled their strings during the election steal (grand theft-election) and who is pulling Biden's strings now? It is quite obvious to even the most casual observer that Old Joe's synapses are not in working order.

They all lied like dogs during the campaign. Just find footage of them saying they are not shutting down fracking and not going to stack the Supreme Court. The vice president does not have the power to certify nor de-certify electors.
The constitution explicitly gives this power to the states.

Have you seen how many EOs Xiden has signed so far? It’s like 30 something. His handlers have no intent of co-equal branches.
He could have resigned his VP position on the spot. He could have threw his hands up in the air and said he would not be a part of the election FRAUD. NOTHING Constitutionally prevented him from doing so, and WHO in the USA cannot simply quit their job over their conscience?
Hint: I did- I was a whistle blower and union carpenter at a nuclear power plant, but got my fill and tapped out over safety violations and called my superior out, who then moved me elsewhere in the powerplant as if that remedied the safety violations. It was tough duty, but I would do it all over again. I dropped out of the union, but- to this day, I receive a pension that I earned fair and square.
All I’ve seen/heard is a lot of bs and double talk from Biden and his crew.

Pence could have resigned BEFORE accepting the votes.

He had options.
He chose to betray his oath and knowingly certify a known fraud.
He was privy to the same election fraud info the President Trump was.
And he instead chose to betray.
Nothing in the Constitution says one must certify a fraud, rather it is a crime.
His oath of office included the words “Protect Uphold and Defend the Constitution” and he didn’t just fail, he sent out a smug little memo saying that he was going to do it.
He looked at his options and went “yup, allowing the communist takeover is my only open route.”
there is only one branch now, it's an oligarchy made up of congress and the bureaucracy (deep state) The representative democracy is just a facade and the constitution is just a historic document on display in a museum. They are making up the rules as they go along now
