The Black Lives Matter activist who was seen storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 was arrested and charged, the Department of Justice said Thursday.
A newly released court filing says John Earle Sullivan, 26, told FBI agents last week that he was at the Capitol when the breach happened. He said he entered through a window that had been broken out. He also said he was present when Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was shot dead by a U.S. Capitol Police officer as she tried to climb into the House Speaker’s Lobby through a window.
Sullivan showed agents some of the footage he captured inside the building, which he and others entered illegally.
Videos showed Sullivan and others breaking through a barricade, with the Utah man shouting: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This [Expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah,” “We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history. Let’s burn this [Expletive] down.”
He was later heard encouraging protesters to climb a wall to get to an entrance to the Capitol and was seen entering the building.
During one conversation with others while inside, Sullivan said, “We gotta get this [expletive] burned.” At other times, he said, among other things, “it’s our house [expletive]” and “we are getting this [expletive].”

Why is it some people always want to burn down their own towns, businesses and homes? That seems a bit odd.
I doubt he pulled the trigger.

Before I defected to America from Romania, leaving my post as chief of Romanian intelligence, I was responsible for giving Arafat about $200,000 in laundered cash every month throughout the 1970s. The KGB’s disinformation department then went to work on Arafat’s four-page tract called “Falastinuna” (Our Palestine), turning it into a 48-page monthly magazine for the Palestinian terrorist organization al-Fatah. Arafat had headed al-Fatah since 1957. The KGB distributed it throughout the Arab world and in West Germany, which in those days played host to many Palestinian students....
Arafat was an important undercover operative for the KGB. Right after the 1967 Six Day Arab-Israeli war, Moscow got him appointed to chairman of the PLO. Egyptian ruler Gamal Abdel Nasser, a Soviet puppet, proposed the appointment. In 1969 the KGB asked Arafat to declare war on American “imperial-Zionism” during the first summit of the Black Terrorist International, a neo-Fascist pro-Palestine organization financed by the KGB and Libya’s Moammar Gadhafi.
It appealed to him so much, Arafat later claimed to have invented the imperial-Zionist battle cry. But in fact, “imperial-Zionism” was a Moscow invention, a modern adaptation of the “Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” and long a favorite tool of Russian intelligence to foment ethnic hatred. The KGB always regarded anti-Semitism plus anti-imperialism as a rich source of anti-Americanism....

When shot Ashli had a group of police in riot gear directly behind her. There are several videos which show this.
I wonder what Sullivan was yelling/doing at the moment Ashli was shot?
“I haven’t seen the video but according to GP (grain of salt) Sullivan also said he broke the window that the girl was passing through when she got shot. If true, this takes him from merely “being there” to actively taking part in the destruction of property.”
If that’s true, in many jurisdictions he could be charged as an accessory to murder, for the death of Ashli.

Facebook fact checker wrong again! Falsely claimed John Sullivan was just in Capitol to document the event.
He was arrested today. The arrest warrant confirms he said, “We gotta get this shit burned,” and “it’s our house motherfuckers” and “we are getting this sh*t.”

Note the girl he is talking with is a CNN reporter Jade Sacker that knows John Sullivan both stormed the capital. He said I will delete filming you or something like that

The language he uses and how he says it tells me that much of what we’re dealing with are the manifestations of at least one generation of Americans being told over and over again that everything was meant to be about them, and therefore, everything belongs to them and they can do what they please with it. They have developed such unrealistic expectations of America and their fellow Americans that they deserve nothing but to have the lessons they so desperately need to learn be placed as obstacles to their intended path. They have shown the world what they’re made of and it’s not in any way the “right stuff” for the future of America and the world. They’re phony as all hell and these “revolutionaries” have been given the path of least resistance in major cities to show the world how free and brave they are as they change the world from within their local and state government-enabled comfort zones (another gross manifestation of their PC upbringing). Recognition and respect for them is all but out the window now, and if any of them have taken a look in the mirror, they don’t see what the rest of America and the world sees. They see only what they think the world should think it sees- They are the people they’ve been waiting for and they have their unrealistic expectations of others to actually allow them to take their American privilege and try to shove it up their fellow Americans’ asses when they realize how small they really are in the grand scheme of things. Sorry kids, but all future field trips have been postponed due to the ban on arson, grand larceny, assault, terrorism, murder, etc...And the fact that 35 years old is the new 15.
