If you look at the trend it appears that Ohio regionally is at herd immunity. Cases falling and it appears to be right on the 72 day cycle.
Yo know the media is going to cool it on the fear mongering hysteria hoax now that cheating jo is in. They don’t want anything but roses for a Biden administration! And they don’t wanna make Chyna look bad at the same time since they’ve been bought by China money.
I truly wish there were more citizen watchdogs when it comes to facts. How do we research the actual number of COVID cases being treated in hospitals? Would a hospital administrator even divulge accurate numbers?

Problem is, some, maybe a lot, of people WANT this. They want to be scared. It gives them a purpose to mask up and hide. I would have never believed it if I hadn’t witnessed it.
And DeWine is the worst kind of politician. My wishes for him in the new year are unpublishable.
Well, maybe my Governor Newsom can ship some of the COVID patients from California to those nice clean empty hospital beds in Ohio. Somebody give Gavin Gov. DeWine’s cell phone number.
The COVID-spouting governors of the various states are nothing less than domestic terrorists.

Current hospitalization total down from 1800 to 1050, since Nov 13.
Percentage of hospital beds taken by CV patients down from 22% to 11%
7 day average cases down from 6000 to around 2300.
Deaths lag and reporting seems almost random but deaths peaked about a month ago and are trending down.

deWines cover more than once.
DeWhine isn’t near as good as Desantis but he has been ok. Except for the incessant moralizing. He made a lot of proclamations but never gave them much if any force. He made moves to protect the nursing homes which prevented a NYC like death count.
I know many people in Ohio and the virus seems to be running its course. I now know many people who have had it. The nursing homes were inoculated last week.
Ohio’s cases were trending upward until about Dec 12-13. Since then, they’ve peaked and are headed downward (in terms of new cases per day.)
So the Governor was right to be concerned in mid-December and the newspaper is right now in pointing out that the peak has passed.
Sometimes there are no bad guys in the story.
I wonder, besides Cincinnati, what other major Ohio cities are in the “region six” on the map. It was the one region registering Covid-19 patient increases between dec 15 and dec 29.
We should had told the elderly (anyone above the age of 65) and other people in high risk groups to mask up 😷 and to socially distance.
For the rest of us? Let ‘er rip. That’s how you end the pandemic by developing herd immunity in the population.
Things are starting to ebb down ward here in southern NJ. In Ocean County where I live and work there is a very large senior citizen population and those folks make up about 99% of all the Covid cases.
We’re still getting them but things seem to be calming down a bit.
