I have argued since the 90’s that the only way to stop Democrat vote fraud is with overt Rep voter fraud. Only then will the Dems do something to stop it.

Problem is, we don’t control any big urban centers. Hell, even then they had to resort to 90%+ turnout in some places to get Biden over the line and nobody apparently cares. But you really think judges won’t happily smack down Republicans for trying the same shit?

If the Supremes allow this then wouldn’t that work against their own interests? That is, it would put them at risk as well since lack of election integrity makes it easier for the Dems to gain total control and stack the Court.

The NCSC did the exact same thing. The rules changes made by the NCAG and the SBOE were clear violations of the state constitution. ONLY the legislature can make changes to rules about absentee ballots. The NCSC ignored the state constitution and the rules were changed!

Bingo. And that's why all the pre-election "Goody, goody gumdrops -- Republicans have a few more new voter registrations than Democrats!" on here was not exactly BS, but simply irrelevant. We gained (relative to Democrats) in registrations in close to 90% of PA counties, but anyone who looked could easily have seen the massive increases for DEMOCRATS in the Philly suburbs. And guess where the epicenter of the fraud was? While all eyes were on the city of Philadelphia, what happened in the suburbs? That's right.
Even if our overall gains in small counties slightly outweigh their gains in bigger counties, it doesn't mean shit for us because the bigger counties are where the fraud is and bigger registration numbers mean a bigger "upper limit" for their fraud.

I agree with you. We follow the rule of law but the left has set the new standards. 2020 showed up how to play the game, now we just manufacture more votes than they can.
SCOTUS is not going to hear a case about 8,000 ballots in Pennsylvania-- it won't change the outcome in that state, much less in the total EC votes.
