This is nothing new. They did this before the election also at Wolf’s request, but in doing so, they violated the separation of powers (this is solely a legislative power). This is setting up nicely for a SCOTUS case. The PA Supreme Court is 5-2 Democrat and is the most corrupt in the nation.

Would they risk bringing attention to leftist vote fraud by trying to persecute conservatives for doing the same? I don’t know. Maybe that’s a potential strategy: If politicians and the legal system insist upon turning a blind eye to democrat vote fraud, then we crank the fraud up to 11 until they’re forced to do something about it, inadvertently slamming the door on dem fraud in the process.

An appellate court can't give you more than you asked for in the lower court. So a reversal on appeal would change, at most, 8,320 votes.

This is a state court, why would it go to the SCOTUS? They might try a federal court, but I doubt they would take it up.

Because it is a constitutional issue, which makes it a Federal issue, which means it lands in Federal Court if Team Trump asks for it, and they will.

It can also be pushed to a Federal Court because the litigants reside in different states.
