Courts now null out the laws passed by the legislature
Rewrite them
Ignore them
Act like the legislature
Go after execuutive branches that use laws properly
Allow executive tyrants to ignore laws, or use laws unlawfully or outside scope of their power
Disenfranchised voters?! They’re likely outright fraud!
Not a surprise.
Then what happens? A secession movement is the only answer.
So now don’t we have a perfectly framed appeal for the USSC?
Irredeemably compromised.
Doesn’t matter if the computer code changes the count.
I cannot imagine the Supreme Court abiding this nonsense. It is an affront to the Constitution and makes an already corrupt election a ridiculous farce.
Didn’t Bush v Gore advance from a decision by the Florida Supreme Court? Wouldn’t this be comparable?

Even John Roberts could possibly allow this nonsense to pass.
And if we ever have a Democrat controlled Senate, you can be certain that we’ll have more Justices who will abide by this nonsense.
