Courts now null out the laws passed by the legislature
Rewrite them
Ignore them
Act like the legislature
Go after execuutive branches that use laws properly
Allow executive tyrants to ignore laws, or use laws unlawfully or outside scope of their power
And who is ultimately allowing these abuses of power? Its the USSC.
When abuses go unpunished they only get worse. And that’s what’s happened.
