Try 800,000 not 8,000
From the original article: "The Trump campaign challenged the decision of the Philadelphia County Board of Elections to count 8,320 mail-in/absentee ballots arguing the voters failed to handwrite their name, address or the date (in some cases a combination of all three) on the outer envelope."
An appellate court can't give you more than you asked for in the lower court. So a reversal on appeal would change, at most, 8,320 votes.
