It probably has something to do with the John McCain and Trump fued-—and Megan McCain is so openly bitter toward Trump probably has put a lock on a lot of the Arizona winners loyalties.
I happen to know about the controversy with John McCain and his experience as a POW, because I looked into it a lot-—there are some very angry soldiers that tell a different story than he did.
Anyway, I think that’s why Trump called it out. And the McCain family—who are probably like royalty in Arizona probably wage a lot of influence.
Plus McCain’s widow, Cindy McCain openly endorsed Joe Biden—quoting her:

MN, just for fun. 32% reporting, Biden up by about 285k votes. Seems bad, right? But if those are mainly Hennepin/Ramsey counties (Minneapolis and St. Paul), Hillary won those two counties by 345k votes in 2016, in a state that she only won by 44K.
Update — from MN Dept. of State — Biden up by maybe 250 or 252 k votes.

Trump can still pick up 300,000+ votes in Arizona, vs 2016 results.. and, he’s only behind by 200,000.
