example
Dekalb County IND
Trump won 71-23 there in 2016
with 68% of the vote in it’s 68-30
Green up county KY
Trump won 71-26 in 2016
now 68-31

Trump with 66% in Elliott county KY with 47% of the vote in. Obama won this county in 2012. Might be a sign that Biden isn’t regaining most of Obama’s WWC rural voters.

forgive me, but they have not called NH. That’s only those two precincts that they count at midnight. That said, after those 26 votes were counted, Trump is leading.

Reuters has a “lead” color, and a “win” color. They are showing that Trump is leading in those states right now, they are only at 2% of so of the vote being reported.
When the color is solid red, or solid blue, that will mean they called it. Light red, light blue are currently leading colors.

That would be hilarious, although I don’t think that compact is effective under its own terms until they actually control a majority of electoral votes.
