Democrats are terrified that the Supreme Court will return to deciding cases based on the clear meaning of the Constitution and the laws duly passed by Congress, rather than usurping power to ram through a leftist agenda in the name of preserving rights the Founders had never conceived of. Yet Americans arent exactly keen on handing unlimited power to nine super-legislators in black robes.
In order to prevent a restoration of the Supreme Courts proper role in Americas constitutional republic, Democrats have to hide their true intentions. They have to convince Americans that originalism does not mean a return to the Constitutions rules of fair play but rather something else. No Democrat has proved quite as shameless as Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) in this regard.

When they had the majority, all was well with the world.
Now that we have a majority, the world is coming to an
end.
LMAO
These folks are adults with the mind of children before they
learn to share.
Ginsburg, it’s rather interesting how she changed from an attractive young lady to the huddled Gollum like mess she died as. I think I can hear her now.... “My precious robe, my precious! Not for Amy....NOOOOOO!!”
Hey Ruth, I got some good news, some bad news, and some really bad news.
First, the good news! A woman replaced you!
The bad news is that it’s Amy and she was hand picked by your dearest friend Trump.
The really bad news? Well, that ice water you keep asking for? Sorry, we don’t ever serve that here.
"Democrats Give Away the Game: They Want the Supreme Court to - Unilaterally Amend the Constitution"
FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponents Argument
Patriots are reminded that activist majority justices have been unilaterally amending the Constitution throughout the ongoing cold war aspect of the Civil War, the ill-conceived 17th Amendment helping to foster the living Constitution imo, Constitution-ignoring progressivism going into high gear during the corrupt FDR era.
In fact, in stark contrast to the Progressive living Constitution, Thomas Jefferson had encouraged narrow interpretations of the feds constitutionally enumerated powers, such interpretations spurring the states to amend the Constitution when necessary.
"In every event, I would rather construe so narrowly as to oblige the nation to amend, and thus declare what powers they would agree to yield, than too broadly, and indeed, so broadly as to enable the executive and the Senate to do things which the Constitution forbids. Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.
Send "Orange Man Bad" federal and state government desperate Democrats home in November!
Supporting PDJT with a new patriot Congress and state government leaders that will promise to fully support his already excellent work for MAGA and stopping SARS-CoV-2 will effectively give fast-working Trump a "third term" in office imo.
Vote Republican Ticket for 2020 elections!
Insights welcome.
Replacing Thomas won’t change the majority.
He isn’t long for the court IMHO. His votes show he has been compromised. I think Trump will out him in his next term and he will resign in disgrace. It is all about his Irish kids I think. Ireland does not allow adoptions out of country and there is something fishy about that whole deal.

The Left, (Democrats)are close to despotism with their hate, bitterness, smear and fear campaign of the last 35 years.
Don't VOTE early...the propaganda is out that the Dems are way ahead across the country.....FAKE NEWS! Physically vote at your polling place...
“Too bad John Roberts has gone over to the dark side. Instead of a 6-3 majority, weve only got a 5-4 majority.”
Maybe someone should investigate his financial ties to the Bank of Malta.
No. If it was a technicality about the kids adoption, it doesn't matter any more. The kids are now over 18.
It's something darker. Perhaps to do with Epstein Island. Or perhaps something to do with the biological mother of the kids and her relationship to Roberts.
Last night on Fox they played a clip of Biden saying how now the SCOTUS was out of whack with the will of the people and needs to be fixed
Thats at least as bad to me as his gaffes about shutting down the oil industry. The USA is only great for the fact that we are a Nation of laws, we have a Constitution that protects America and Americans.
The Constitution should be, and is, very hard to change specifically so that it DOESNT meet the whims of a fickle population at any one given moment in time.
Amen!
I said there is something fishy. Epstein’s involvement would qualify as would something with the birth mother. Something is up with that deal since they could not have been adopted legally.
I’ve always said of ginsburg, for someone who was such an advocate of abortion she sure did cling to her own life did she not?
“Democrats Give Away the Game: They Want the Supreme Court to - Unilaterally Amend the Constitution”-
They have been for the last 50 years.
Why yes she did!
I bet she wishes she could have 5 minutes back to make some amends. Wouldn’t we all, but she was a very bitter hateful person down to her last dying breath.
I bet she and McCain are in the same level and help keep each other extremely miserable thirsty and hot.
Right. I was confused. Sotomayor would do that.
Replacing Thomas would at least let Trump install a much younger conservative who could hold that seat for a few decades.
Can’t do that!! According to the Constitution, EACH STATE HAS TO RATIFY AN AMENDMENT!!
Pray that He keeps stirring the pot on Nov 3 and the weeks after
These people need to be ground into the dirt.
They need their asses kicked on November 3rd, and again in 2022 and 2024. Royally.
Someone should investigate to see if he is the same John Roberts on the flight log to Epstein’s Island.
I am seeing the making of a movie in 5020. Search for the lost copy of the U.S. original Constitution so they can save the world by learning from the only system of government that ever worked. I’ll leave it to you guys to name the movie.
