Thank goodness for Barrett. Roberts has gone full Souter. They have until 3 days after election to produce ballots to overcome the Trump winning margin. If Trump loses Pa, it will come down to the black districts in Philly. That is why Obama is going up there to campaign and prep the multitude of mail in ballots to come in from there after the election to overcome Trump’s winning margin.
