Over the years, I have had people argue with me that our side was the only ones who had guns. And they became irate if one disagreed with them. What is going on? I think that the Left is preparing to take things up to another level. And us? We are the Captain of the Titanic.

You’re welcome. I live in NY State, and have no idea what the laws on the use of pepper spray is. Knowing Cuomo, it’s probably banned. After viewing the photo of the victim and the shooter, it hit me that I should check the State laws to see how they dealt with its use. Since it’s considered a non-lethal defense tool, there was no legal reason for the shooter to fire his weapon.

Keltner’s mother said in her Facebook post that her son was protesting in defense of law-enforcement, ‘in defiance of Antifah anti-police protests’ nearby.

He knew what he was there for..and that antifah was there. These are just the facts via Keltner’s mother. So he knew the danger going in.....and that antifah is known to be armed...You don't take pepperspray to an armed conflict!

But if you do and a gun is pulled on you chance's are you're going down. Thus.................stay away from armed protests.

Exactly what he aimed for, for the sole purpose of killing him. The perp had no legal grounds for using deadly force. His life was not in danger, nor was there a threat of serious bodily harm.

The Denver Police have said Dolloff was a private security guard with.... “no affiliation with Antifa”...a hired security guard from the Pinkerton detective agency, 9News-TV confirmed he was hired to protect their reporteers.

His life was not in danger, nor was there a threat of serious bodily harm.

Sadly this is immaterial. If the stories we're reading are true, this guy crossed a street to confront a man that a crowd had effectively cornered. If he was truly a trained security guard, they'll come down much harder on him, but this is all assuming that the Denver DA will even prosecute.

Anyone know if the Denver area DAs are Obama implants? If so, there will be no justice for Lee Keltner.

The shooter is a Bernie and Cenk Uygur supporter. His business website supports BLM. He’s a leftie. Your advice for people to stay home, and cringe in the corner, doesn’t apply to this scenario, since the murderer was in the employ of the media.

This photo is interesting as it shows the shooter doesn't yet have his gun out, his hands clearly vid of any weapon.....However Lee's spray is clearly out and ready in hand while smacking the guys face dislodging his hat and sunglasses...

He’s been charged with 1st Degree Murder, which I said on another thread last night, that he should be charged with, especially in light of the fact that Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with 1st Degree Homicide for self-defense.

Those photos were posted on Twitter, and they almost had me convinced, too...

Until someone pointed out the killer’s cap.

Notice the killer isn’t wearing a cap in Photo #1.

In Photo #2, the killer’s cap is being knocked off. That must’ve happened first. Looks like the killer was reaching for the victim’s mace, and the victim slapped him.

Photo #1 must be what happened next.

We will learn more details as the story unfolds. For now, as usual, lots of misinformation is spreading.

Thanks, I hadn’t seen the stills of the killer/victim confrontation. Not to nit-pick, but the pic at the top should be the second one down if the series is to follow a time line.

The “agitator” that the victim walked away from, after what seemed like a minute or two of harrassment, is not in frame. He’s about 10’ off to the left.

Is the shooter wearing a bullet-proof vest?
