The communists have been trying to take over our country since world war two... and frankly, they're succeeding!
Senator Bernie Sanders is openly socialist, BLM is admittedly Marxist... and we have Antifa fascists as political enforcers.
Justice Lagoa is biased AGAINST communism and socialism... and THAT"S a bias on the court that I can live with.
She is a logical choice.
Yes, there are a lot of issues that us patriots champion... but if the communists -- under the guise of socialism take over -- these "issues" will be moot, because we well be a republic in name only.
Justice Lagoa's parents fled Fidel Castro's Communist government in Cuba to come to The United States.
Justice Lagoa is the product of her parent's American dream.
Justice Lagoa will defend our constitution and our American way of life.
President Trump has said: "America will never be a socialist country".
I would not be surprised if he selected Justice Lagoa for the Supreme court.

There is no under oath holding to what scenarios a prospective judge might imagine—other than not ruling out such a scenario that she just doesn’t happen to be imagining.

That’s the ting about SCOTUS. You never know until start ruling on the court. I’m not sure about Barrett. I expect she will mostly toe the corporate GOP.
However, I am sure Lagoa is the most likely of the two to bend to the pressure of being in the “Ginsburg seat.” She’s got Wise Latina 2.0 written all over her. Patronage from Crist and Guac Boy. Married into high powered Democrat family. Etc.
I am not apologist for Gowdy. I simply pointed out that has a member of the House there was absolutely nothing Gowdy could do (other then expose them) to punish those that tried to overthrow our gov. That is the job of DOJ and I have been screaming for DOJ to do it’s damn job.

Could be. You are right that we don’t really know. That they were apparently the two put to the top by the Federalist Society frauds advising Trump says a lot.
Of course, I hope we are wrong and Trump gets a real constitutionalist in there in the next five weeks. Time is short.

There is no one single judge that fits the total bill here so we must pick someone who checks the boxes that most conservatives feel need checking and judge Barrett appears to be that person. The last perfect person was strung up on a cross at Calvary. So folks please don’t try and crucify Judge Barrett just because she failed to check one box you favored out of all the boxes available.
I’m not a fan of the Federalist Society after Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. The GOP has surrendered on social issues and the SCOTUS nominees they confirm reflect that view. The Senate confirms them to deliver for the Chamber of Commerce and that is all. What we can’t afford now is a traitor like Souter. That is a big risk due to the “Ginsburg seat” issue and Lagoa seems much more likely that Barrett to betray us totally.

If you want a Judge that is a strict constitutionalist and some one that goes by what the text of the law says then there in no one better, male or female, then Amy Barrett. If you want a Republican judge then you will be disappointed.
