I’m not a fan of the Federalist Society after Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. The GOP has surrendered on social issues and the SCOTUS nominees they confirm reflect that view. The Senate confirms them to deliver for the Chamber of Commerce and that is all. What we can’t afford now is a traitor like Souter. That is a big risk due to the “Ginsburg seat” issue and Lagoa seems much more likely that Barrett to betray us totally.
