New audio from the training at the Topeka Goodyear plant gives more details about what was talked about in that meeting, including updates on their zero-tolerance policy.
The meeting has come into question after a photo of a slide showed what is and isn’t acceptable in the workplace.
13 NEWS-WIBW obtained an audio recording of the presentation. The speaker referenced instances of racial graffiti in the locker room, and detailed what is and is not allowed under the company’s zero-tolerance policy.
“Some people may wish to express their views on social justice or inequity or equity issues such as black lives matter or LGBTQ pride on their face coverings, shirts or wristbands. That will be deemed approved because it applies with a zero-tolerance stance,” the speaker said during the meeting. “However if any associate wears all, blue, white lives matter shirts or face coverings, that will be not appropriate.”

I’d be willing to bet that Goodyear has also made direct payments to Black Lies Matter in an effort to prevent their stores from being looted and burned.
Goodyear is also apparently too STOOOOOOOOPID to realize that everyone is walking around with a high-def camera and recording device in their pocket.
I am about due for my first set of new tires for my 2016 Silverado. Will certainly NOT be considered Goodyear. In all honesty I probably wouldn’t have chosen them anyway, but if they were a good deal I might have. Now, they couldn’t give them to me for free...

I recently replaced the tires on my Cherokee Trailhawk. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. I settled on the Falken Wildpeak AT3W. Amazing tires at an incredible price point with a 55K mile treadwear guarantee. I would highly recommend them for anybody looking for a light truck/SUV all terrain tire.
It’s just a blank tape now.
Goodyear will cave in by weekend and announce they are sorry and they won’t use that consulting firm again in the future and the content was included as an honest mistake and that Goodyear is all about inclusion of all view points and ALL political stuff is banned in the work place
They will have a sales slump that could be fatal. Opportunity for Firestone to move into NASCAR tows they already have INDY cars
