I don’t think she’s even an anchor baby. Is it not true that babies born to foreign student visa holders are not automatically citizens any more than foreign diplomats’ children are citizens?
Otherwise, any chinese, iranian, syrian, somalian or palestinian child born to foreign students would be eligible, allowing the WH to be run by foreign interest.

A baby, born to a foreign student visa holder, is not automatically a citizen of the United States of America unless the baby is born in the United States of America or the baby qualifies for citizenship in this country for some other reason, probably the citizenship of the other parent. Any child born to a foreign student (except a diplomat) in the United States of America at the time of birth is a citizen here. Any natural-born citizen of the United States of America, who attains 35 years of age and resides for 14 years in the United States of America, can run for and serve if elected as President.
I guess I missed something...why is Harris not eligible?
