(CNN)Former President George W. Bush will release a book of 43 portraits of immigrants in conjunction with an exhibition on the value of American immigration at the George W. Bush Presidential Center that will feature the paintings.
The book from Bush, a prolific amateur painter, will be titled "Out of Many, One" and will publish in March, according to a statement from the book's publisher, Crown. "Through powerful four-color portraits—personally painted by the President himself—and their accompanying stories, OUT OF MANY, ONE reminds us of the countless ways in which America has been strengthened by the individuals who have come here in search of a better life," the statement continued. In the book's introduction, Bush expressed hope that his book would help present immigration as a unifying, uplifting issue.

Of course we’ll never know if a Gore presidency would have spared us Obama. It would be nice if we could know what was going to happen as a result of different people being in power.
Many here wish that Bush had never been elected, but that ignores that his Democrat opponents would have been president instead.
It’s pretty safe to say 9/11 would have happened under Gore as well. However, there would have been more pushback here against everything that came after it, instead of excuse making because an (R) was POTUS.

It's human nature. But conservatives should know better. When our candidate behaves in a way that is diametrically opposed to his constituents, we should be honest about it.

And it was downhill from there. The Saudis get away with it. Americans die in Iraq in the thousands. Islamic migration actually increases.
In the wake of 9-11, Bush Junior had it in his power to do the one thing that might have saved our homeland: stopping the third-world migration turning state after state over to permanent left-wing control - including in the Electoral College.
But he did no such thing. Because of his intellectual and ideological limitations, “Immigrant = Good” is as far as he can go with the issue. So instead of putting on the brakes to preserve the homeland, he pressed (and continues to press) the accelerator to speed it towards obliteration.
GW was raised with gentle, grateful, respectful Hispanics in the house as staff & landscapers when he was growing up.
He has never had face to face exposure to the Feral invaders of today.
He never had to dodge the invaders at the local Home Depot or at an intersection in Los Angeles. I can tell him the other side of the coin.
