Pa. will provide postage-paid envelopes for mail-in and absentee ballots for November election

The Pennsylvania Department of State announced today that it will provide postage-paid envelopes for mail-in and absentee ballots for the general election in November.

“Our goal is to make voting as accessible, safe, and easy for eligible voters as possible,” said Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar in a news release. “Mail-in or absentee voting with prepaid postage means Pennsylvanians can vote from the comfort of their own home, without having to make a trip to the post office to buy a stamp, during the COVID-19 pandemic.”

Eligible voters can apply for mail-in or absentee ballots online or in person at county election offices and by paper forms.

According to the Department of State, “Once the county determines the voter is eligible, the Department’s funding will allow the counties to send a postage-paid ballot-return envelope with the ballot to the voter for their easy return.”

The state is working with counties to determine the easiest way to implement the pre-paid postage.

The general election will be on Nov. 3, 2020. For people who want to vote in person, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Last fall, Gov. Wolf signed a law that makes it possible to vote by mail without having to provide an excuse. According to the Department of State, almost 1.5 million Pa. residents voted by mail-in or absentee ballot in the primary.

Will they have the voter’s party affiliation on the envelope, so the mail sorter knows which ballots to “lose”?

The California way. Are they doing this everywhere?

1, 2, and 3 were definitely in place with the June 2 Primary.

4, sort of...ballots were mailed to the County office of Elections. They also had curbside in-person pick up...but only in two locations.

5 - nada.

Work schedules often required my family to vote absentee

Work has to allow you to vote. Utter HorseSh*t. If you happen to have an absolute ass as a boss fine but if it is important to you or anyone else you will make it happen. Everyone seems to find time to goof off or get a new cell phone or sit in a chair for hours on end getting a tattoo but voting? "That's just not possible!" God forbid if you have to wake up early one day and go to the polls at 7am to perform your civic duty.

Election night will become election year. I am trying to warn my friends of what’s coming. It appears we have run out of time.

It’s one thing to issue ballots to every resident, but what is their plan for counting them?

That’s where the rubber meets the road.

And that’s where thousands of Republican observers can make a difference.

You are the second person to pint that out to me. That’s a very bad thing and will be exploited for fraud.

5) Voter can verify that his ballot was counted.

So I got a response from my county that my signature didn't match my mail-in vote for our primary in NJ. OK, so I provided an affidavit and a copy of my license to show who I was. Sounds good right? Here's the problem. How do I know that when I sent in my info that they got it and counted my vote? I don't know. If I went to my regular polling place I sign my name get a ticket number and pull the lever. At least I have a number of the ticket I can reference. Mail-in, NOPE!

TX requires the voter to pay the postage for absentee or early voting.

Unless of course you live in Democrat areas in which case take your time sending in your ballots.

Like they did with the recent primary by the Governor’s fiat.

I don’t recall TX having the party listed on the envelope.

“Our goal is to make voting as accessible, safe, and easy for eligible voters as possible,” said Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar in a news release.

What about security?

How will you know, Kathy, that the voter's ballot, returned with free postage, is even from that voter?

So, when Joe Biden loses by 12,000 votes, thousands of late ballots come in... Say 13,000 over the next several days.

Yup, and coincidentally, they’re ALL votes for Biden. The signatures are different names but all in the same 10 people’s handwriting. But that doesn’t matter!!!! Even if you prove they were suspicious, you can’t just throw them out, oh no! They could have been in the mail system for weeks. No, you’ve just GOT to count them. Anything else would not be FAIR.

Biden wins!!!

Could someone tell me how this is even legal? There’s a frickin’ law in place for everything. Are there no laws that prevent stealing an election in this manner!!!!
